We are facing stress all the times, the way our body react to stress determines the health state of our own. Stressful conditions range from bacterial infections, toxins, to various mental challenges. Interact with environment enables us to achieve two objectives: homeostasis (the ability to maintain steadiness) and plasticity (ability to improve and adapt ourselves). Under stressful conditions, loss of plasticity will result in a disturbance in homeostasis and eventually leading to a diseases state, by which aging, lifestyle and environment are the major risk factors.
